BIRDS & BUBBLES - A Sparkling Success!

Over $20,000 raised to support our Chapter and Grants Program

 The Les Dames d’Escoffier Sonoma Chapter’s recent Birds & Bubbles charity fundraiser proved to be a sparkling success, bringing together community, cuisine, and cause in perfect harmony. Now in its second year, the gathering celebrated women leaders in food, fine beverage, and hospitality while showcasing the chapter’s signature blend of generosity and joy.

Guests were treated to an inspired pairing of fried chicken from famed Dame Chefs Duskie Estes & John Stewart alongside beautiful bubbles from Dot Wines—a delightful combination that quickly became the hallmark of the fundraiser. Other local Dame chefs and purveyors contributed their talents, while Dame-owned wineries shared their craft in both sparkling and still wines, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

More than just a celebration of flavor, the gathering raised over $20,000 to support Les Dames Sonoma’s mission of mentorship, scholarships, and grants for women pursuing careers in the culinary, fine beverage, and hospitality industries.
